Service Providers & Infrastructure
We use third-party companies to host, secure and run our infrastructure. We use the following third-party infrastructure providers to host and secure the Service:
- ChiselStrike, Inc. (trading as Turso):We use Turso to host our application's serverless database, which runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure and is encrypted at rest. Our platform uses a multi-tenant architecture in which each user and tenant has their own dedicated database file, so each account's data is kept separate. For more details on their security, please see their Privacy Policy.
- QuickhostUK Limited (trading as QuickHost.UK):We use QuickHost.UK to host our back-end scripts and to send automated transactional emails. QuickHost.UK provides the server environment that runs these scripts but does not store, or have visibility of, your core database records. - BunnyWay d.o.o. (trading as bunny.net):We use bunny.net as our content delivery network (CDN) and to run serverless Edge Scripting. These edge scripts run application logic and query our database. Bunny.net provides the runtime environment for these requests but does not store or keep permanent logs of your core personal database records. For more information on how they handle traffic and compute data, please see their Privacy & Data Policy.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring
We do not use third-party analytics services or tracking pixels to monitor your behaviour. Instead, we analyse anonymised server-side traffic logs produced by our infrastructure providers. This log data (such as general geographic region, anonymised IP address and response times) is used only to keep the application secure, fix performance problems and speed up content delivery.
Payments & Transaction Processing
We offer paid products and/or services through our website and application. We do not store, view or collect your payment card or bank account details on our infrastructure or in our application database.
All payment tokenisation and credit card processing is handled directly by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Your financial data is captured on Stripe's own systems, and their use of your personal information is governed entirely by their own privacy terms. Stripe complies with the PCI-DSS standards, set by the PCI Security Standards Council, for the secure handling of financial information.
Depending on your billing jurisdiction, the Stripe company that processes your payments is:
